Dr. Madhu Viswanathan is an esteemed Associate Professor at the Indian School of Business (ISB) with a PhD in Business Administration – Marketing from the Carlson School of Business and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani. His research encompasses a broad range of topics including B2B marketing, digital marketing, and healthcare, with numerous publications in top-tier journals like the Journal of Marketing Research. Dr. Viswanathan teaches courses on Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Social Media Marketing, and has mentored PhD candidates successfully. Previously a Research Director at ISB’s IIDS and an Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona, he has received multiple awards, including the ISB Junior Faculty Research Award. As the Chief Innovation Officer at Reventics, Inc., he has spearheaded digital transformation efforts following the company’s acquisition by Omega, focusing on enhancing the Omega Digital Platform. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Reventics, where he scaled operations and improved alignment with industry best practices. His extensive background includes leadership roles at MathLogic and Sutherland Global Services, where he managed large teams and substantial revenue streams. At Medi Assist India Pvt Ltd, he enhanced operational efficiency and profitability, and at Apollo Health Street Ltd., he was instrumental in establishing a successful BPO division.
